  2. I think I was inspired by The Scarlet Letter where the Puritans punished Hester by putting a scarlet letter on her chest.

    God, being more beneficient, gave her a child as a reminder of her sin and, more importantly, as a chance to redeem herself.

    You’ll have to guess what the first half of this statement is.

Oh I wish I could see a daffodil – Yesterday as I was walking home from the store I noticed a few of the south facing slopes were finally free of snow and I sawthe first hint of a bunch of snowdrops peeking their heads up. Today I woke up to 4 inches of fresh snow πŸ™ Ah well March in Rossland is often that way and we need the snowpack for the summer anyways πŸ™‚

    Thank you for the gorgeous daffodils.
    When a much loved French Professor died, I read Robert Herrick’s To Daffodils because her favorite color was yellow.
    And then for years after I was married, I received a bunch of daffodils still in bud.
    The fragrance…
