I’d like to convince you I’ve been busy as a
reading, and I have been reading. In fact, I’m half way through the second of three different versions of the Tao Teh Ching I’m currently reading and preparing to compare.
However, I spent most of the day babysitting Lael, and was delighted to discover that she has taken up
aerobics. Skye seemed less impressed, however, and even somewhat miffed that she still hasn’t
learned how to throw a ball. Despite dropping the ball right in front of her twice, Lael seemed unwilling to pick up that slimy ball and throw it.
Maybe it’ll rain tomorrow and I can finish the second and third volume and start posting some comparisons by Friday. Personally, I’ve found comparing the three works both illuminating and fascinating.
